Boise Happenings for March 2020

What's great about living in Boise Idaho is spring comes quick. Weather here starts to really warm up to spring like temps and you will find more and more people hitting the trails. Since winter is our shortest season, the folks living in Boise look forward to the month of March. We kiss winter good bye and welcome spring.Canals start to fill up and the sound of lawn mowers and weed eaters are off in the distance.

After Hours: Mars Rover Edition | Discovery Center of Idaho

March 2

Idaho National Laboratory (INL) has long worked with NASA to fuel and test power sources for deep space missions. The minds behind Mars 2020 Mission kicking off this summer will be in Boise for a special event at Discovery Center. Harmon Veselka and Jessica Winkler will provide demonstrations and hands-on activities for local children (and those young at heart) to learn more about the space program and Idaho’s piece of the puzzle for powering this inspiring mission. Learn more.

The 2020 Idaho Triennial | Boise Art Museum

Organized every three years by the Boise Art Museum, The Idaho Triennial is a juried exhibition bringing together exemplary works of art created by a broad selection of Idaho artists.
